Hello there and welcome!

My name is Lidia and I'm the owner of Sweet Beginnings. 

My business was first Est. in 2004 and is located in Sydney, Australia.

Sweet Beginnings all started with a small crate..... a small crate filled with bombonerie for Weddings and Christenings that I would take with me to peoples homes and take on orders. Very quickly I outgrew my crate and operated from a small bedroom in my home and now from a larger home studio which is getting rather tight. My business has grown and expanded into many different areas and for this I am ever so grateful to the many wonderful clientele who have seen me over the years.

Being a home based business has been wonderful, its allowed me to care for my family whilst still being able to work. Being home based has, at times, presented with some boundaries and limitations in what we can offer and brands we can stock.

Along with my team of wonderful helpers we are now extremely excited to offer our work and many new products on a new online platform and which will allow Sweet Beginnings to expand into further categories. 

 2020 has been a real game changer due to social distancing etc most of our orders were all done via emails, phone calls and text messages, and were done so seamlessly it really was a no brainer to move our operations online, to make our beautiful products more accessible but also to bring forth new products.

A few facts about me- Happily married with 2 beautiful girls, I LOVE travel, a good quality chocolate, anything with LIME eg Margarita's, I’m everyone’s problem solver, I’m a summer girl and love seeing people happy.
